With the festive season just around the corner, we didn’t want to leave you empty-handed at your holiday parties. Our four Brockmans gin cocktails will keep you warm this winter…
1. BROCKMANS FIERY SIDE
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Cinnamon syrup
- Ginger beer
- 10ml Cherry Brandy (A capful)
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, add the gin and cinnamon syrup; then top with ginger beer. Drizzle the Cherry Brandy over the top.
Garnish: with a stick of cinnamon and a cherry
2. BROCKMANS PLUM DELICIOUS
- 40ml Brockmans
- 25ml Calvados
- 25ml Apricot Liqueur
- 15ml Grapefruit juice
- Orange bitters
Add all the ingredients & muddle with 2 fresh plums in a shaker and add a dash of orange bitters. Shake over ice, strain into a tumbler filled with a large ice ball.
Garnish: with a thin slice of plum.
3. BROCKMANS WINTER BRAMBLE
- 45ml Brockmans Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 10ml Balsamic vinegar
- 10ml Ruby Port
- 10ml Berry liqueur
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice, break thyme and churn in the glass then pour in all the ingredients. Give the glass a good stir.
Garnish: with thyme and a dehydrated slice of lemon.
4. BROCKMANS SATIN MAROON
- 25ml Brockmans Gin
- 10ml Fresh ginger juice
- 5ml Cherry Bitters
- Vial of Silver Satin (edible sugar-lustre)
- Physard (aromatic) Bitters
- Sugar cube
Pour the main ingredients and the silver satin into shaker of ice and stir, then strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Prosecco.
Garnish: Soak a sugar cube with Physard bitters and drop it into the glass.
